Hard Drive space on a photographers computer is a very precious commodity. I must continue to free up space on my computer for new images by removing old images. I archive some of the important images and images that have the potential for future sales and simply delete the images that do not.

At any time when an game or event stops getting orders 
the files may either be deleted or archived.

If a game or event has not received many orders from day one, all the files are usually deleted from the hard drive completely 
and no copies made.
They are gone forever.

In the case of games or events that have had good sales
I will at my discretion save them on 
DVD, CD or external hard drives. 
Because of the added time and expense of the archive process,
these images are subject to a higher archive rate.
Order your photos as soon as possible after 
your game and event to ensure the best rate.

While I do my best to carefully archive some of the important images, I do NOT guarantee that any image 
will be available in the future.
Hard drives can fail, discs can become unstable and images can be lost. This is yet another reason to order as soon as possible.
