Event coverage
If you need top notch photographic coverage of your Sport or Event,
SharpPhoto.com is just what you are looking for. From Soccer, Baseball
and Football to Triathlons, road races and Bike races, SharpPhoto.com will
supply you with images that exceed your expectations.

Standard Event coverage
SharpPhoto.com will Photograph your Event or Game and upload the images
to our online storefront for participants to view, send free E cards and/or
purchase prints and other Photographic products featuring the images from
the Event.
Past Events that have had less than average print sales that
would like SharpPhoto.com to Photograph their Event again,
will be subject to a *Shooting fee for Photographic coverage.
Most Events that show potential for more than average image sales
may be covered with no shooting fee at all.
In this case I will have to count on image sales alone for my pay.
An enthusiastic Coach or Event director
that is willing to go the extra mile to help promote photo sales
can sometimes help to make even a small event
more successful for the Photographer.

The Race Director or Event Organizer agrees to take part in encouraging
participants to come to SharpPhoto.com to view and/or purchase images
in the following ways:

Add a link from the League or Events main page to SharpPhoto.com

Make an announcement to participants before the event and at the awards
presentation that SharpPhoto.com is Photographing the Event and images
will be available online at the end of the day.

Make available promotional materials provided by Sharpphoto.com
*If required, fees range from $150 for a half day of coverage to
$250 for a full day
Above promotional conditions must be met in all cases.
This package includes shooting the Event and
posting the images online for viewing and sales.
No prints are included in this price.
Image use will consist of web usage rights for two medium
sized
web images (200x300 @72dpi)for the events web site,
prepared by SharpPhoto.com and emailed with 24hrs of event end.
No additional usage of any kind is granted or implied.
Images used on the web will contain the SharpPhoto.com logo added to
bottom of image
A link to SharpPhoto.com must appear below each image.
All ownership and copyright of images remain with
Ed Sharp- SharpPhoto.com
*Shooting Fee $150- $250
*Events with a proven history
of successful image sales
will NOT be charged a shooting fee,
Promotional conditions still apply.

Multi Medi presentations on DVD
For events that have already been photographed by SharpPhoto.com
A DVD of selected Event images put to music
can be created and copies made for participants
Selection of images and music will be determined by Sharpphoto.com
DVD creation only $400 (one copy on DVD)
$450 for DVD creation +10 copies
$650 for DVD creation +50 copies
$900 for DVD creation +100 copies
Unless otherwise agreed,
SharpPhoto.com reserves the right to also sell copies of the DVD to
individuals
and/or use the show for promotional means.

and multimedia show remain with
Ed Sharp- SharpPhoto.com
Day rate coverage
If you need a Photographer for a day or half a day, but will not have
clients that will be buying prints online, SharpPhoto.com can be contracted
to be your photographer.
No images will be uploaded to the web for sales.
Fee will be determined by Image usage needs and the type of work involved
Fee range $450- $5,000
Unrestricted image usage rights
for all digital files from a Game or Event
The Client must contract for this service prior to Event.
All images will be prepared on CD or DVD in duplicate and delivered.
This entitles the client to use the images in any manner they choose.
SharpPhoto.com still maintains the right to use any images for
promotional and/or non competing editorial purposes.
Fee $3,000.
Please note this service is not available for all events
