I take great pride in capturing your special moments through photography, my goal is to provide you with a product that exceeds your expectations. 
I work very hard to accomplish this, but if you are not happy with the 
finished product you are entitled to a complete refund.
I stand behind my work.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order from SharpPhoto.com, we will give you a full refund of your purchase price as long as you let us know about any problems within 14 days of receiving the order. Send your order back to me in it's original packaging with a brief explanation of what you were not happy with 
and I will send you a refund check by mail. 
 

My labs also Guarantee their work 

I use the best labs in the country to process my prints and products and ship directly to you, but on the rare occasion even the best labs can make a mistake. If this happens I will make it right and have your order resent. If for any reason your prints arrive from the lab damaged or you have received the wrong order, please let me know immediately so I may contact the lab and get your order redone properly and shipped to you ASAP. The photo labs I do business with all stand behind their work and if notified promptly about any problems on their end they will quickly fix any mistakes.
