Trouble shooting shopping cart problems

If you are experiencing problems viewing your photos 
this may be caused by temporary network congestion
Sometimes trying again in 24 hour solves the problem.
 

If you are having problems with the shopping cart,
Deleting your "temporary Internet files" and "cookies" might help.
In Internet explorer select "Tools" then "Internet options"
from the pull down menu.

If you still are unable to get through the ordering system successfully 
you can order by check

For those that don't want to order on the internet or may be having trouble 
with the online shopping cart, you can place your order by check or money order.
Using the online store to identify the images you are interested in please follow these steps:

Step 1
Find the photos you would like to purchase 

Step2
Determine the image's unique
Photo ID number
IMPORTANT: Please click the link above so you know where to 
find the correct photoID Number
The biggest mistake people make when trying to tell me what image they are interested in 
is to give me the wrong Photo ID number.

Step3
Email me with the photo ID number for each image you want to purchase
quantity desired and your shipping address 

Step4
I will email you with the total and direct you where to send the payment
