your order you are entitled to a refund.
A: No, I am sorry, I don't sell any digital files at all.
Q: Is it OK if I make scans of prints I buy from you and give them to my friends? A: Scanning of any prints purchased from SharpPhoto.com
is not only morally wrong, it is a crime.
Q: Can I use one of your images in a publication? A: Yes, images are available for editorial and commercial usage.

Q:Do you take credit cards for web orders? A: Yes, we take most major credit cards for web orders.
Q:Do you take credit cards by phone? A: No, I am sorry, credit card orders can only be made through
the shopping cart system
Q: Do you take checks? A:Yes,at checkout you will find an option for paying by
check or credit card.
Q: Can you explain how to order a photograph or other product from your web site? A: It is very simple, just select the photo you want to buy and
choose what packages you want and add it to your shopping card.
Q: How long will it take to get my order? A: I pride myself on getting quality prints to my customers as
quickly as possible. In most cases your photographs will get to you
within 2 weeks of your order, but to be safe you should allow up to
3 weeks . When things are going smoothly at my lab, it takes just around
a week . In 2007, most orders were taking just about 1 week to arrive.
It is not uncommon to order on a Monday and have your prints that Friday
or Saturday. That is not always the case, but this is what I strive for.
Q: I can see my photos OK, but can't get through the ordering system? A: If you can see your photos, but can't get through the shopping
cart system, you can order with a check or money order
Q: I can get the small photos but I can't always get the big ones to load? A: Due to the large volume of photographs, sometimes the ecommerce
solution provider I use to sell my photography can be a little slow. Sometimes
clicking refresh or reload on your browser can help bring the image into
view. If things are frustrating you please contact
me.
Q: How can I get you to come and photograph and event? A: Just send me as much information about the event as possible
with this form
If I am available and it is something that needs a photographer I will
do my best to be there.
Q: How Long will the photos from my event be online? A: It is best to order photographs from your event within a week or two of your event. If you wait too long to order, you will notice the prices may be more than when the images first came online after your event. Due to the cost and work involved with archiving the thousands of images I shoot every month, the sports and events that have been online over 30 days may be subject to a higher price structure. In short, it is cheaper to order now than it will be later. Right now I am storing image files on CDs,DVDs and external hard drives for events that have been online longer than 30 days. I am attempting to archive as many events as I can, with priority being given to events or sports that have had the most interest/orders. (Back to Top of page) Q: Will that SharpPhoto.com thing that I see on the photos be on my Photograph I buy from your web site? A: No, that is called a watermark and it only appears on the internet preview you see, it will NOT be on the Photograph that is shipped to you. (Back to Top of page) Q: Do you sell any smaller size photographs? A: No, 4x6 is the smallest size I sell.. (Back to Top of page) Q: Can I get a discount price if I buy a whole bunch of Photographs? A: Yes, there is a 10% discount on orders of $100 or more. (Back to Top of page) Q: Can you make me famous and put my face on a magazine cover? A: Yes, well sort of. I can put your image on an 8x10 with a magazine template that will look like a Magazine cover. For details Contact me . (Back to Top of page) Q: Can you take two of my images and combine them in one 8x10 photograph? A: Yes, and there are some different cool styles to choose from. Click Here to see some examples. (Back to Top of page) Q: Should I order an 8x10 or an 8x12 photograph? A: I charge the same price for both. If you want to have the entire image as you see it on this web site you will need to order an 8x12. If you order an 8x10 some of the image as you see it on the screen will have to be cropped to fit the 8x10 size. If you order an 8x12 you will get the full image as the camera sees it. This is not just true for images on this web site, but is the case in most situations when a print is being made from a digital file or 35mm film. The downside to ordering an 8x12 is that it is harder to find frames and mats for 8x12 than the standard 8x10. (Back to Top of page) Q: Can I use one of your images on my web site if I give a link back to you? A: I'm Sorry, while I do appreciate the offer, I don't
allow that. As a business I sell image usage rights and can't give them
away. If you would like an image quote for usage for your business's
web site or other commercial use please click
here for a quote.
Q: If I buy a print from you, does that mean I own the image rights to the photo? A: No, buying a print does not give you any usage rights
to the image and the print may NOT be reproduced in any way.
Q: I received a Gift Certificate or promotional code, how do I redeem it? A: Simply enter the code when prompted at checkout and
the cart will automatically apply your discount.
